Illness Appointments/Medical Concerns

We encourage you to call as early in the day as possible for illness appointments. Same day appointments for illness are available. We have a dedicated and well-trained staff of Triage Nurses to advise you on illness care and to help determine if a visit is necessary.

After 5pm weekdays and on weekends we have on call/urgent coverage 24/7. We ask you reserve after hour calls for urgent matters that cannot wait for regular business hours.

Well Child Visits

We provide well child visits, otherwise known as “routine physicals” for all children from newborn to college-aged young adults. During these visits, a detailed assessment of the child’s physical, mental, social, and developmental health is obtained. We consider these regularly scheduled visits essential to preventative health. Immunizations and necessary screening tests take place at these regularly scheduled visits.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Masshealth, Tufts, United and more. Call to see if we accept your insurance plan. Copayments are due at the time of your appointment.
